We're looking for Retail Merchandising Specialist who thrive on delivering excellence and inspiring others to do so too. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, dedicated to launching a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store.
About the role:
Areas covered: Central and West London (including Croydon, Hammersmith, Kingston, Stratford, Watford, White City)
Rate: From £25,800 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 07:30 – 16:00 – 5 days a week (1 day must be Saturday)
You will operate within a region, travelling across the area to achieve coverage and quality targets by ensuring planograms and displays are compliant.
You will need to visit the top 5/6 stores twice a month, and other stores approximately once a month. It's expected that you'll visit 3 stores a day depending on travel time.
You may be required to travel overnight outside of your region when stores launch to support teams across the UK (expenses paid for).
How you'll deliver excellence:
Compliance and Standards
1. Achieve coverage targets by working across the defined set of stores, assessing store standards and compliance, and proactively problem solving.
2. Ensure the merchandisers within your stores fulfil the client brief, including product placement, planogram compliance and point of sale implementation.
3. Ensure the merchandisers within your stores know and implement best stock management practices including stock counts where necessary.
4. Maintain good health and safety practices, as prescribed by the company, client and/or the retail outlet.
5. Provide detailed, accurate written feedback and clear and high-quality photographs for each store.
6. Support with identifying skills gaps, escalating where necessary, and support the resulting upskilling initiatives.
7. Coach and assess merchandisers on the brand/client merchandising standards and processes and procedures to ensure effective delivery across your defined area.
Other duties
8. Build and maintain good working relationships with the client, retailer and in-store colleagues.
9. Regularly engage with the client liaison, ensuring up-to-date knowledge, practices and process and procedures.

11. A full driving license and access to a car that can be used for business purposes is required
