Your Work Schedule
You’ll enjoy a balanced work-life with a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, during day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM (e.g., 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Advisor, your mission is to provide outstanding service to both our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, including:
* Field-based Engineers
* Account Managers
* Our Branch Network
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls professionally and efficiently, meeting agreed response times.
* Demonstrating excellent service to all customers.
* Maintaining high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
* Accurately recording and processing information.
* Taking ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
* Identifying and escalating any incidents that may impact service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* At least six months of customer service experience.
* Experience in a call centre, telephone customer service, or customer-facing roles.
* Strong telephone and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills.
