This is the opportunity for you.\n\nYour key responsibilities will include:\n Process payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis (or as directed) for a range of clients of various sizes and from a diverse range of businesses\n Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments and RTI submissions\n Calculating auto enrolment pension deductions and ensuring compliance\n Preparation of P45s, Starter Declarations and other relevant forms as required\n Processing end of year reporting and providing P60’s to employees\n Be responsible for liaising directly with clients to ensure accuracy of payroll data and answer phone queries, resolve problems and provide payroll support\nSupporting the manager with internal payroll reviews\nUploading pension contributions and starters to appropriate pension portals\nChecking the clients HMRC gateway account and ensuring payments have been made accurately and on time\nWorking with other departments to gather/provide payroll information in a timely manner\nSupport clients in the day to day running of payroll systems\nAttend training as and when required\n\nPerson specification· Excellent attention to detail\n\n· Strong communication skills, written and verbal\n\n· Experience in using Microsoft excel\n\n· Good communication skills\n\n· Adaptable\n\nFantastic benefits, training. pensions and discounts\n\nINDPAY\n\n49712FOR1
