What is the job role?
Coundon Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and creative teacher to join our team and support our innovative approach to Key Stage 1 learning. The position is initially fixed for 2 terms starting January .
We have recently developed an exciting continuous provision environment from Reception into Year 1, designed to ensure a seamless transition and build on the strong foundations set in the Early Years. Working in partnership with Early Excellence, we have created a purposeful, engaging and child-centred learning space that promotes independence, curiosity and deep learning through high-quality provision and skilled adult interaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early child development and ready to further develop this approach within Year 1. The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding and evolving our model, ensuring strong outcomes, while nurturing the whole child.

Essential:-
12. Qualified Teacher Status
13. A strong understanding of Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 practice
