As a Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high standards of clinical care and support to our service users. You will work closely with our care team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate person-centred care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Both part-time and full-time roles are available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
* Administer medications and treatments in line with policies and procedures.
* Monitor and record patients’ conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
* Support, supervise, and mentor care staff to deliver quality care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and professional codes of conduct.
* Communicate effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
* Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) with valid NMC PIN.
* Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and shifts as required.
