Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Account Manager based in Godstone. The Customer Account Manager will oversee the client accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain regular communication with clients. Responsibilities include managing customer support inquiries, analyzing customer needs to provide tailored solutions, and overseeing all facets of account management to foster strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities. The role will also imnclude working with our in house team to ensure new stock is coming in each week and that our customers are being advised of the available stock.
