What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support a variety of activities, campaigns and events for the firm through a range of digital channels, including the Hoare Lea website and social media.
* Proactively manage the website, working with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure it is compliant and error‑free.
* Create or source and upload copy and images for the website.
* Manage and own the relationship with website developers and designers.
* Write, design and deploy the monthly client e‑newsletter.
* Provide accurate reports and analysis on digital channel metrics to the Director of Marketing to demonstrate ROI.
* Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business, including mobile and social media.
* Work with experts across the business to create regular, timely insights.
* Collaborate with designers to create website banners and web visuals to support events and campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research (SEO) and web statistics reporting.
* Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
* Assist with paid media, including liaising with third‑party providers.
* Develop and integrate content marketing strategies with the external content manager, keeping the editorial and events calendar updated.
* Keep social media channels updated with engaging, visually led content.
* Keep up to date with current digital trends and make recommendations to the team for review.
Additional small administration tasks include managing the hello inbox, digital subscriptions and other duties as defined by the Director of Marketing and the external communications lead.
