We are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Assistant to oversee the safety, security, and maintenance of Priory Primary School.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school grounds are well-maintained, handling basic building repairs, managing cleaning duties, and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the Office Manager, taking responsibility for site operations while managing your own workload. The role may require flexibility for opening and closing the site, and managing lettings during peak times or in the absence of the Site Manager.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours as these may be altered at short notice to accommodate the business needs of the school.
There are two options available:
20 hours for a Site Assistant role only, up to 32 hours if combined with additional cleaning duties. Please confirm your preference on your application form.
You will be appointed on Grade 2 SCP 3.
Salary: £13,403 per annum (20 hours, AYR contract). Salary: £21,445 per annum (32 hours including cleaning duties, AYR contract).

* Is willing to be flexible with working hours, including opening/closing the site when required
