The Role
Covering the North West of England & M62 Corridor, you will be responsible for managing and developing business across an established territory. You’ll work with dental practices, hospitals and academic institutions, providing technical product support, delivering presentations and building long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development while maximising revenue from existing accounts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, hospitals, and training institutions.
* Deliver engaging product presentations and technical demonstrations to varied audiences.
* Represent the business at relevant trade shows, courses, and company events.
* Develop territory business plans and submit regular sales activity reports.
* Implement strategic sales initiatives in line with company objectives.
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through CRM systems.
About You:
We’re looking for a motivated and credible sales professional with a strong commercial track record in dental, medical devices, or other technical healthcare sales. You’ll have:
* Proven track record in dental, medical device, or other healthcare sales (minimum 3 years in a field-based role).
* Strong ability to explain technical concepts to clinical professionals.
* Demonstrated success in delivering growth within a competitive sales environment.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
* Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
* Comfortable with regular travel across the territory, with occasional overnight stays.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
