Main duties of the job
Looking for a role where organisation, client service, and compassion come together? As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people accessing essential reproductive services.
Based at our Regional Treatment Centre, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact, helping to create a positive and professional experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling confidential information, responding to enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role who is highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities. You’ll communicate with empathy and professionalism, even in a busy environment.
Flexibility and the ability to travel are essential, as occasional support may be required at our Chesham or Reading sites. In return, we offer free parking at all locations, travel reimbursement outside the Oxford centre, opportunities to develop new skills, and the chance to build a rewarding career within a supportive and inclusive team. This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
