The Governance team supports the Board of Trustees, Committees, and senior leaders to ensure strong governance practices, effective decision-making, and alignment with Charity Commission requirements. About the Role This is a 6 month part-time secondment (2 days per week) providing essential support to the current Head of Governance and Company Secretary. You will play a key role in coordinating Board and Committee meetings, ensuring trustees receive high‑quality information, and supporting the Chair and senior leadership with governance processes. You’ll also provide administrative leadership, manage trustee records, and ensure governance mechanisms run efficiently across the organisation. What You’ll Do Provide strong administrative support to the Board of Trustees and associated Committees Coordinate trustee recruitment processes and manage new trustee inductions Maintain trustee records including attendance, stand‑down dates, and committee memberships What We’re Looking For Strong administrative skills and experience supporting senior leaders Understanding of Charity Governance and Charity Commission expectations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work confidently with trustees and senior stakeholders Click here for the Job Description This role is for a part-time 6 month secondment for 15 hours per week.
