Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a welcoming, OFSTED-rated 'Good' two-form entry primary school in Rugby. The school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in a Year 4 classroom. This long-term role offers stability, strong SEN support, and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The Role You will be providing consistent 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and additional learning needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help the child remain engaged, regulated and accessing the KS2 curriculum. The pupil benefits from clear structure, routine and calm adult support throughout the school day.
