SALARY SCALE: £34,544 - £43,039 per annum
Position Overview
The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster (Optima), an RLDatix (Allocate) software electronic rostering system. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
We now require an additional 5 x HealthRoster Area Support Managers to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing implementation of the eRostering system to new services whilst reviewing roster practice and monitoring key performance indicators in existing services, providing expert analysis of data. The post holder will work closely with Service Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Team Leaders, Business Partners and finance colleagues to promote good rostering practice and provide advice to assist areas to remain within staffing budget.
Core Competencies
The ideal candidates will have significant knowledge and experience of the RLDatix (Allocate) electronic rostering system, experience in data analysis and reporting and proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel and Outlook.
