Order Processor/ Administrator.
We are recruiting for an order processor/ Customer services admin to join our team at Glasscraft. This role will be based at our Leeds depot and the hours of work will be 08:00am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inbound & Outbound customer calls.
* Processing customers orders
* Dealing with after sales queries
* Quotation Inputting
* Assisting with incoming emails
* General Admin responsibilities such as organising future orders and filing etc.
Experience & Skills needed:
* Previous order entry experience is required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ambition to succeed and ability to multitask
* Previous experience of G-Trak system or similar desirable but not essential.
