Karma Lake of Menteith is looking to add a part time receptionist to our team. We are a 16 bedroom award winning hotel on the picturesque waters of Lake of Menteith.
As our hotel receptionist, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a hands-on role where your main duties will include checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and assisting with or directing enquiries via telephone and email and providing information about the hotel and local attractions. You will also be responsible for managing payments, requests and receiving guest feedback, ensuring that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
