This is a high-profile, strategic role partnering directly with senior leadership to drive performance, shape growth strategy, and lead financial oversight across a fast paced, complex, multi-site operation.
The Role
* Trusted business partner to the MD and leadership team
* Ownership of financial performance including budgeting, forecasting & reporting
* Driving commercial insight and decision-making
* Leading financial governance, risk management & cash flows
* Supporting growth across existing and new markets, managing risks and identifying opportunities
* Optimising processes through the use of data analytics and reporting tools
* Developing and leading a high-performing finance team
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with relevant post qualification experience
* Proven senior finance leadership with P&L ownership
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills
* Experience in complex, multi-site environments
* Data-driven, analytical, and a confident decision-maker
* Driven, energetic and resilient leader
