*Overview*We are seeking a reliable and skilled HIAB Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle recovery/vehicle transport/vehicle inspection and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. This role involves transporting vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all relevant regulations.*Responsibilities** Operate a 7.5 tonne flatbed lorry for the collection & delivery of vehicles to various locations with shared use of a 12.5 tonne HIAB street lifter.* Ensure the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, including flatbed and street lifter operations when required.* Conduct pre-journey vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.* Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding collection schedules and any potential delays.* Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.* Provide excellent customer service during collections & deliveries, representing the company positively.*Qualifications** Valid UK driving licence with a category C entitlement (Up to 32 tonnes).* ALLMI Certification* Previous experience as a vehicle collection or recovery driver is essential.* Familiarity with flatbed driving is advantageous.* Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
