We are seeking an experienced & GDS trained Flight & Travel Coordinator to join a fun and friendly team based in the Gloucester area, hybrid working model.

This exciting Flight & Travel Coordinator role is ideal for a sales support, ticketing, operations or administration travel professional conversant with GDS.
Flight & Travel Coordinator Duties:
* In conjunction with Flights Expert, making sure one is buying flights at the most competitive rates
* Maintain positive relationships with all airlines and consolidators
* Issue tickets
* Assist with BSP reconciliation
* Assist sales team with flights enquiries – fares, change rules, ticketing deadlines, seating,
* Manage Qs
* Oversee the allocation of PNRs to individual travel consultants’ queues
* Highlight any PNRs that need immediate action
* Monthly reconciliation of carbon measurements
* Manage any group/charter flight allocations
* Liaise with Travel Consultant/Product Director to advise best flights to use for groups
To be considered for the Flight & Travel Coordinator role one must have GDS experience from a travel agent, tour operator or airline.
