The Marketing Assistant Role
You will join the global marketing team, working under the expert guidance of a Senior Marketing Manager. You will have the opportunity to help drive forward the marketing strategy ensuring its effective implementation, analysis and reporting back on results, suggesting improvements where necessary.
You will have a creative and proactive approach to your role with the confidence and knowledge to add value across all elements of the marketing mix. With particular focus on content creation, direct mail, online content management and social media (management, posting and evaluation). You’ll be at the heart of the company and a key brand ambassador, supporting communications, events and other ad hoc promotional opportunities.
It is important that you have experience of and/or knowledge of marketing, ideally also of financial services and understand the principles of implementation and analysis, and how best to meet the needs of our highly discerning international high-net-worth clients.
You will also help manage content through Concrete 5 (our CMS system) and our data universe through HubSpot (our data management / CRM system). It is essential you are familiar with the principles of publishing content, marketing analysis and marketing metrics, as well as demonstrating a deep understanding of general marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, content creation, email marketing, marketing measurement/analysis and social media.
The Marketing Assistant Package:
1. Basic Salary up to £27k
2. Located in Mayfair

Desired skills and experience
6. At least 1 year’s experience within a marketing role and/or marketing degree (or equivalent qualification)
7. Experience in financial services and/or mortgage brokerage also desirable
8. Understanding of, or interest in high-net-worth / luxury sectors
9. Working knowledge of concrete 5 / CMS systems & hub spot / CRM systems
10. Knowledge of Canva and good writing skills, and excellent Microsoft Office skills
11. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills
12. Excellent written and design / composition skills
13. A pragmatic problem solver
14. Enthusiastic self-starter
