Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant - Bury Location: Bury, North Manchester Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Pay: £102 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) About the Role We are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bury in their search for a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and motivated practitioner who is passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive both academically and personally. You'll play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they receive the tailored guidance and encouragement they need to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, and Speech & Language Difficulties. Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies. Help create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Support classroom routines, behaviour management, and lesson preparation. Contribute to progress tracking and provide feedback on pupil development. About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. Why Join Us?
