We’re looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of clean water and wastewater projects through effective cost and contract management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and future-focused industry with a clear route to professional chartership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
2. Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting
3. Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes
4. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Anglian Water)
5. Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures
6. Contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting
What We’re Looking For:
7. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
8. A strong interest in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector
9. Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
10. Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team
11. Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
