Location: Spennymoor, DL16 6JQ Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Job Responsibilities Support the home to school transport program's daily operations and administration. Provide administrative support as directed by the Transformation Manager. Help develop policies and procedures for the administration function. Input and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain databases for accurate reporting. Track financial records and support payment processes. Assist with stakeholder communication and maintain relationships. Perform tasks as directed within the role's responsibility and competence. Person Specifications Must Have NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject or equivalent. Experience in an administrative setting. Proven ability to deliver results. Experience with various software packages. Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to process information accurately. Knowledge of IT systems. Good time management and organizational skills. Team player with initiative. Flexible and motivated to provide effective service. Nice to Have NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent. Experience in a local government setting. Understanding of Home to School Transport statutory guidance.
