Perch Group are searching for a Head of Commercial - Servicing.

We offer comprehensive data-driven services across the debt lifecycle, including BPO, debt collection, debt purchase, reconnection, and litigation services.
The Role
We seek an experienced Head of Commercial, Servicing, to lead our commercial operations in debt collection, litigation, and field services. This management role involves working with the Commercial Director on budget, strategic partnerships, and key accounts. You will oversee client-facing teams, contribute to new business wins, and manage key relationships across services.
This role is field-based with travel to our offices in Manchester, Skipton, and Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the servicing division.
* Win new business via prospecting and networking.
* Manage and grow key client relationships.
* Lead, coach, and support the Business Development and Client Operations Managers.
* Identify new market opportunities to increase revenue.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
* Negotiate and close complex commercial deals.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, operations, and finance teams.
* Drive cross-sell opportunities within group services.
* Maintain a commercial pipeline with accurate forecasting.
* Ensure activities comply with regulations and governance.
The Person
* Senior experience in commercial or business development roles within debt collection or credit management.
* Proven success in winning and managing key accounts.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage at senior levels.
* Track record of negotiating large deals.
* Deep industry network.
* Commercially astute with strategic thinking skills.
* Willing to travel as needed.
* Experience with consumer and commercial debt portfolios.
* Understanding of debt collection regulations.
* Experience with multi-service strategies.
