Role Summary:
We are seeking aPerformance Analystto support the Digital Workplace Function, specifically working with theEmail and Microsoft Office teamwithin theCollaboration and Communication Services (C&CS). This role will focus on delivering data-driven insights and performance measurement to enhance the user experience of internal digital services. You will operate under the guidance of a Senior Performance Analyst and work within a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development ofperformance measurement frameworksand meaningful KPIs.
Applyquantitative and qualitative data analysisto drive service improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders, user researchers, and service teams to deliver actionable insights.
Communicate analysis clearly using appropriate formats and tailored messaging for varied audiences.
Interpret and analyse user data to guide service design and delivery decisions.
Support thecollection, validation, preparation, and cleansingof data.
UsePower BIandAzure Data Servicesto build dashboards and performance reports.
Ensure compliance withdigital service standardsand accessibility principles.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated 5+ years of experience working within performance analysis or similar roles.
Strong technical capability in:
Microsoft Power BI
Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and significance evaluation
Experience in designing and implementingperformance frameworksand KPIs.
Skilled inuser-centred analysis, translating user research and behaviour into strategic insight.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
Familiarity withdata quality assuranceand preparation best practices.
Experience inpublic sector, internal services, or large-scale digital transformation.
Exposure toagile environmentsand iterative delivery.
Understanding ofdata privacy, security, and governance frameworks.
