Redtorch is an independent Research & Creative Agency working to make sport more relevant.
We're on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive Project Manager with 3–4 years of agency experience. Reporting to our Director of Client Services, Jacqs, you'll be responsible for managing projects for some of the biggest sports in the world. This role sits at the very heart of our operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional work with speed, precision, and creativity. As such, we're looking for someone with a strong sense of urgency and drive to get things done — without compromising on quality.
This full-time role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in our King's Cross, London office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously. A passion for sport is a must and an understanding of the creative process is a big plus
What you'll be doing
· Be the main point of contact for daily client communications
· Create project budgets and draft scopes of work
· Assign tasks to internal teams and manage project timelines
· Ensure client needs are met while staying on budget
· Use project management tools to monitor hours, plans, and expenditures
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
· Manage and record project expenses
· Arrange global travel and accommodation
· Set up budgets and raise invoices within our project management tool
· Oversee internal resourcing and creative planning
What we're looking for
· A love of sport

· 3–4 years of proven agency experience in a project management role
· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
· A strong sense of urgency and drive to get things done — without compromising on quality
· Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Experience working in a creative environment and understanding the creative process
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team
· Knowledge of social media
· Educated to degree level (Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile PM is a bonus)
Package
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum
