Resourcing Business Partner The Resourcing Business Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a designated directorate or team. This includes conducting briefing calls with hiring managers, setting key milestones and timelines for recruitment campaigns, preparing and posting job adverts, reviewing applications, and coordinating candidate interviews. You will also oversee all administrative aspects of the recruitment and selection process, as well as support team projects and change initiatives.
