Overview

We are looking to recruit further Bank HR Investigation Officers to support employee relations investigations within the Trust. We are looking for individuals who have the experience and skills within this area to work closely with the HR Operational Team to undertake a range of employee relations investigations, including disciplinary, grievance and bullying and harassment on behalf of Trust Managers.


Responsibilities

* Undertake a range of employee relations investigations, including disciplinary, grievance and bullying and harassment, on behalf of Trust Managers, in collaboration with the HR Operational Team.
* Liaise with senior managers within the Trust as well as the HR Operational Team to establish the investigation terms of reference and interview witnesses to incidents of alleged misconduct.
* Produce a comprehensive report with recommendations and, where applicable, attend formal hearings to present your findings.
* Commit to a strict timetable, with investigations concluded within a maximum of 4 weeks.
* Communicate complex and at times highly sensitive information, extract information to produce high quality investigation reports, handle issues of conflict during the investigation process and seek assistance from the commissioning manager/HR where there are potential delays or issues of concern.
