Tempest Resourcing is seeking resilient, empathetic, and proactive Positive Behaviour Mentors to work across therapeutic schools and PRUs (Pupil Referral Units) in South London. This role is perfect for those with experience in youth work, behaviour support, mental health, sports coaching, or anyone driven to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. About the Role You will work closely with pupils who have experienced trauma, disrupted education, SEMH needs, or challenging behaviour. These pupils thrive with structure, consistency, and trusted adults who can help them regulate emotions and rebuild positive relationships. Your role is to mentor, guide, and support pupils throughout the school day-using a therapeutic, patient, and relational approach.
