Registered Manager – Residential Care Home Rochdale We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small, well-rated residential home for older adults in the North Greater Manchester area. About the Role: Previous experience in elderly care settings is essential. We welcome applications from current or former CQC Registered Managers, as well as Deputy Managers or Unit Managers with relevant experience. You will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering a positive environment for residents. Strong leadership, HR skills, and a genuine passion for elderly care are key. This is not an office-based role – you’ll be hands-on with both residents and staff.
