Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in planning lessons for the children. Shape the development of outstanding learning experiences to enable all children to thrive. Be on hand to support the teacher throughout the day. Requirements: Experience working with children in a school or care-based setting. Previous experience working with early years, KS1 and KS2 pupils – this can include experience outside of schools (youth mentor, instructor, club leaders etc). Display confident classroom management and behaviour strategies. Be resilient, reliable and adaptable to changing environments. Have a passion for education and helping students.
