An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to join our exciting and customer-focused team in the Barista coffee shop in our Belfast port.
The individual will report to the Onboard Services & Sales Commercial Manager and will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, pour overs, and tea.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
4. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
7. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and techniques.
