Setting up and maintaining user accounts and access permissions\nInstalling, configuring, and updating hardware & software\nTroubleshooting user issues supporting laptops, printers, and mobile devices\nLearning the basics of networking and IT security\nHelping roll out new IT systems and updates across the company\nProviding excellent customer service to colleagues at all levels\nDocumenting solutions and maintaining IT records\nYou donât need previous IT Work experience â weâll provide the full training. Weâre more interested in your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn. Hold (or be working towards) National 5âs / Highers, ideally including Computing, Business or Maths\nHave a strong interest in technology and problem-solving\nBe organised and able to manage your time effectively\nEnjoy helping people and communicating clearly
