We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our Operational Execution, Supply Chain & Logistics team at our distribution centre.
Role Overview
Your role is crucial in keeping our shelves full for our customers. You will lead and manage our warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and utilization. We rely on you to deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation. Managing external relationships with stakeholders, including our stores, and identifying efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities will be key. Additionally, you'll monitor and ensure compliance and support our People Plan through HR initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed
* A good understanding of legislation, policies, and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them.
* A track record of acting as a role model and inspiring a large team to deliver results.
* An appreciation of building mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
* Confidence in making decisions in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
* Ability to identify process improvement opportunities, influence change, and remain focused under pressure.
* Know when to seek support if issues persist.
