We looking for someone for a full time role to start as soon as possible to lead as Sales Manager at Urban Food Fest in Manchester, an exciting, trendy and fun street food and events business. The role is suited to someone who is very dynamic, hands-on, creative and committed with previous experience in sales as well as leading a team. Your role will include managing team members and growing the business, with ideas, innovations alongside sales.
The Urban Food Fest events team has created events for global brands including Apple, Manchester United, Nike, De Beers, Warner Bros, Sony, Samsung, Tate and Lyle, Superman actor Henry Cavill, Innocent Smoothies, EBay, Unilever, BMW, Adidas, Lexus, River Island, Peroni, Volkswagen, UBS, Accenture, GAP and Superdry.
Urban Food Fest was founded by City lawyer and investment banking duo Jessica and Mike. Urban Food Fest flagship is famous for its street food night markets which features street food trucks and stalls, bars, vintage furniture seating areas and live music. The markets have received first class national and international reviews, with features in Time Out, Vogue, Elle, Esquire, Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard, City AM, Shortlist and The New York Times.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be creative and dynamic in a role. The role will be wide ranging in scope and see you manage both the day to day sales and business development of the business, as well as the strategic development of the Company, to ensure quality and that efficiency targets are met.
The role includes:
Hands on day-to-day sales
Pushing sales targets
Strategically developing sales within the business

Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing partners and clients
