Opportunity for an experienced Residential Groundworks Site Engineer to join a large Midlands based Residential Groundworks Company. The Client is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team working on projects. Immediate need for an experienced Site Engineer.
Duties
* Setting out
* Photo-based dilapidation survey
* Topography survey
* Providing technical guidance to the site team
* Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
* Quality Assurance
* Record keeping – S104 and S38 survey
* Street works applications
* Cross checking CAD information
Requirements
* Experience in Residential Groundworks
* Experience as a Site Engineer
* Ability to commute in and around the West Midlands
Remuneration
* Up to £70,000 p.a
