Maintenance Officer - Ofsted Registered Children's Residential Home Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Eastbourne / East Sussex About The Role: This is a hands on, high accountability role responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and homely environments across our children's homes. You will take ownership of day to day maintenance, repairs, and compliance related tasks, ensuring all properties meet the standards expected by Ofsted and internal quality frameworks. Where standards fall below expectation, you act immediately. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our homes are not only compliant, but environments where children and young people feel safe, secure and cared for.
