Rate: £500 - £600 per day (Inside or Outside) Negotiable

Are you a Commercial Manager with a track record of delivering excellence on major construction projects? A leading Tier One Main Contractor is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Manager to join their team on a flagship scheme in Central London working across their Infrastructure projects.

You'll be instrumental in the commercial delivery of a high-profile construction project, working alongside a top-tier project team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic environment where your commercial expertise will have a direct impact on project success.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Overseeing all commercial aspects of the project lifecycle
Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administration
Providing accurate cost forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders
Leading on variations, valuations, and claims
Working closely with project managers, planners, and QS teams to maintain financial health
Ensuring contractual compliance and mitigating commercial risks
Supporting change management and final account settlement
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager with a Tier One Main Contractor
Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
Ability to manage commercial teams and interface with client stakeholders
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-value environments
