As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, youll play a vital role in attracting and securing high-quality candidates for our childrens homes across Northamptonshire. Working closely with Home Managers and the People Team, youll design and deliver recruitment strategies that balance speed, compliance, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement localised recruitment strategies
* Analyse labour market trends to inform campaigns
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
* Facilitate interviews and selection processes in line with safer recruitment principles
* Monitor compliance and ensure smooth onboarding
* Report on recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within social care or regulated settings
* Strong knowledge of safer recruitment standards
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and digital recruitment tools
* Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
