Youll be supporting the Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 15 kitchen staff in a fast-paced buffet setting, helping create a dining experience that keeps families smiling from check-in to check-out. Youll get involved in: Recruiting and developing the kitchen team Resource planning and rota scheduling Delivering food cost budgets through menu planning and portion control Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards Ensuring the kitchen runs like clockwork even at peak service times This isnt a back-office role. Youll be front and centre, supporting the team, setting the tone, and getting hands-on to ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets brand standards.
