We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives at the centre of the action — someone who can keep a Managing Director on track while helping drive complex property deals forward.
This is part EA, part deal coordinator, part legal right-hand — with exposure to HR, sales, and operations.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the bridge between the business and external lawyers
* Coordinating property transactions – acquisitions, disposals, leases
* Managing Heads of Terms, due diligence, and legal documentation
* Keeping deals moving by chasing solicitors, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks
* Supporting the MD with high-level organisation, priorities, and communication
⚖️ The Legal Edge
You don’t need to be a lawyer — but you do need to:
* Be confident handling legal documents and processes
* Understand property transactions and deal flow
* Stay on top of AML, compliance, and documentation
* Communicate comfortably with lawyers, lenders, and investors
📊 HR & People Involvement
* Supporting recruitment processes – interview coordination, offers, onboarding
* Assisting with contracts, payroll changes, and staff documentation
* Helping manage HR policies, leave tracking, and employee communications
* Handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
📈 Sales & Commercial Exposure
* Supporting sales processes across property developments
* Liaising with agents and managing enquiries and offers
* Tracking pricing, availability, and sales progression
* Contributing to marketing materials and launch coordination

* Experience in property, legal, HR, or deal-driven environments is important
