Operating in school and university venues, we deliver a best-in-class learn-to-swim experience for children aged 3-11. By delivering lessons from the school pool, we teach high-quality lessons to more children and help prevent the closure of pools across the country.

We seek an engaging and inspiring individual to work as an Operations Assistant within our industry-leading swimming team across UK venues.
Are you an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and patience? Do you have experience working with children and parents? If so, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities include supporting venue operations to ensure a clean, warm, and safe environment for all visitors. We are looking for someone dynamic, with a keen interest in sport.
Key duties include:
* Greeting customers enthusiastically and checking them in
* Managing entry by checking registers
* Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Providing lifesaving supervision during lessons
* Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
* Supporting first aid responses when needed
* Upholding brand standards, policies, and procedures
* Supporting Swimming Teachers and Business Managers
* Welcoming new customers and guiding them within the venue
* Providing excellent customer service
* Handling inquiries and providing information
* Building relationships with clients
* Responding promptly to unresolved inquiries
* Providing feedback to coordinators
* Staying informed about company campaigns and events
* Promoting the brand passionately
* Communicating health and safety procedures effectively
Person specifications:
* Ability to swim confidently to at least 2m depth
* Enthusiastic and confident personality
* Professional demeanor
* Ability to build relationships with clients
* Experience in customer service roles
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and independent
* Lifeguard and first aid qualifications are desirable but can be provided
