Dealing with problems and customer enquiries, ensuring clear and concise information is relayed to relevant department and to support the Project Managers with all administrative tasks to ensure all works are compliant to project delivery timescales. Previous experience in Line Management and leading a team within a fast paced business (ideally within the Utilities sector) as you will be overseeing projects ensuring smooth delivery, managing multiple priorities and managing key objectives. A good level of commercial knowledge is required and proven experience in relationship management, and good networking skills. A good financial awareness is key for this role as you will be forecasting/ Delivery / Targets to ensure continuous improvement - BMoCS (Broad Measure of Customer Service as per the OFGEM requirements).PO process and maintenance, EGS contract requirements. As a Lead Project Coordinator you will be… Assisting project managers on planned outages, and UKPN scrap management and create relevant reports and taking minutes for meetings with the client. Oversee the labour scheduling function, and ensuring that work is scheduled in a timely and efficient manner, driving resource utilisation and profitability of the work. Ensure the output from our directly employed teams is maximised and profitable while meeting the requirements of the client’s programme of work and the programme is delivered, making sure any disruption to the programme is managed in the most cost-effective way. Pro-actively tracking on a daily basis the expected and actual output of all teams. To continually monitor deviations to plan and to implement improvement measures to prevent re-occurrence to achieve target utilisation / revenue generation levels for our teams. To schedule teams optimally to meet the programme requirements of Project Managers and minimise unproductive time. Liaise with Project coordinators(s) to issue for quoting and oversee the PO process Commercial support to the Project Managers and the Commercial department. KPI Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery of the plan and reporting of process management data.
