IT Support Engineer (Onsite), Essex Based at our project offices in Grays/Thurrock, Essex you will work as part of our Digital and Data team, ensuring the smooth running of our projects IT BAU Infrastructure, supporting and resolving both hardware and software incidents, alongside providing first-line on site support and pro active issue prevention and user training. Remit of the role will include: * Technology - Maintenance and regular testing of the hardware and software at our client's office(s) e.g. meeting room hardware, printers, plotters, where required raise and manage issues via suppliers. * On Site 1st Line Support - provide level 1 face to face support, including printing, O365, meeting rooms, application issues and desk-based hardware. * Support / Set Up Online Events-content sharing, set up of meeting, recording, room readiness where there is an in-person option. * Deliver proactive support where users are seen to be having issues. * User and Access Management-the management of the user onboarding and access management process. * Issue Escalation - identify and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams, providing all necessary information for efficient resolution. We are keen to hear from candidates with a good mix of the following skills and experience * Proven experience in an IT support role, involving extensive in-person customer support. * Basic Azure / M365 Administration (MS-102 Certification). * Excellent communication skills _ ability to work with all levels of the organization in a face-to-face environment. * Experience of Windows desktop OS and troubleshooting techniques.
