Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate marketing campaigns: plan and execute email campaigns, manage digital content, maintain social media accounts, and update the website News Page.
* Produce marketing content: create internal content or work with client-provided photos, videos, models, and testimonials.
* Manage the early-stage customer lifecycle: handle enquiries, coordinate trials and demos, follow up during trials, and maintain clean, structured CRM records to support ongoing engagement.
* Oversee software maintenance renewals and related documentation, providing clear communication, timely confirmations, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
* Support sponsorship programs: coordinate student team sponsorship schemes, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Organise and participate in industry events and trade shows, representing Anaglyph and supporting both marketing and customer success objectives.
Required Background
* Experience in marketing, customer success, or client engagement roles.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with CRM systems, Office suite, and content generation platforms.
* Comfortable learning new technologies as needed.
* Willingness and ability to travel abroad occasionally.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience and/or degree in engineering, science or technology sectors, ideally with knowledge of composite materials.
* Experience with account management or working with high-profile clients.
* Fluency in foreign languages.
* UK driving licence.
