We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hands-on, operational role, suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of day-to-day HR activity, managing complex employee relations matters and working closely with stakeholders across multiple sites. It is not a purely strategic role, you will be actively involved in delivering HR support and resolving issues on the ground. The role is hybrid, with regular travel (2–3 days per week) to our Head Office in Warwick and across our campuses, including Caledonia North and South (Scotland), Knockloughrim and Newry (Ireland), Newtown (Wales), and Northampton.
