We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant and welcome applicants from both experienced teaching assistants and non-experienced teaching assistants.
The successful candidate will:
12. Support classroom activities to ensure full engagement and full participation for all pupils
13. Assist in implementing EHCP and personalised plans under the direction of the SENCO and class teacher
14. Provide 1-1 or small group support to children with SEND needs
15. Promote a positive and safe learning environment
16. Monitor student progress and report back to the class teacher and SENCO
17. Communicate effectively with staff members and parents regarding student progress
18. Value all pupils as individuals and put them at the heart of everything you do.
19. Make learning fun and challenging.
20. Be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
21. Work in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
