ITP have partnered with a leading organisation to secure an experienced NetSuite Administrator for their growing Business Applications team, supporting Finance and wider departments.



The role will ensure that NetSuite and OCR system consistently deliver accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date data to all of the group's Finance teams; Drive process automation and efficiency, while proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization and innovation



Key Responsibilities


System Maintenance & Data Integrity

* Ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and structured organization of live data to uphold the integrity of the data repository.
* Monitor the Data Warehouse import processes, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or errors.
* Oversee the creditor payment data integration between OCR system and NetSuite
* Track and manage critical system processes as part of routine monitoring activities.


System Updates & Enhancements

* Maintain and support Kefron and NetSuite by testing and implementing system updates, new features, and functionalities
* Conduct comprehensive testing of all updates and enhancements to minimise disruptions and ensure system stability.
* Collaborate with the Application Manager and end-users to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Proactively recommend and support initiatives to enhance system efficiency and performance.


Implementation & Support

* Assist in the selection, setup, implementation, and monitoring of new features, functionalities, and add-ons in collaboration with the Application Manager, Junior Application Consultant, and Finance teams.
* Ensure all process documentation is accurate, complete, and consistently updated to reflect current practices.


Service Helpdesk

* Act as a 1st or 2nd line responder for internal issues and complaints related to the applications.
* Troubleshoot user requests and provide timely, effective solutions.
* Maintain a detailed knowledge base to support efficient issue resolution.
* Support the Finance teams by responding promptly to daily requests



Skills & Competencies

* Proven experience with Finance, NetSuite and OCR systems
* Strong IT literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective time management and strong organisational abilities
