We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to support our expanding business.
About the Role
As a key member of our Team, you will:
* Prospect, Nurture & Qualify: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities using a range of channels.
* Lead Generation: Utilize large data files and systems to generate leads through various outbound activities, including email, web, and phone campaigns.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with our sector sales plans.
* Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve common goals.
* CRM Management: Maintain and enhance our CRM database to ensure high data quality.
* Track & Measure: Monitor and maintain our lead database, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience in lead nurturing and generation using both internal and external data.
* Ability to seek out future opportunities and develop innovative lead nurturing strategies.
* A collaborative individual who thrives in working across Sales and Marketing teams.
* Strong market research skills to identify and act on emerging trends and opportunities.
* Proficient in CRM software and other sales technology tools; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
