Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in various settings, in our care home environment. Duties
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Support individuals in following their personalised care plans to ensure their specific needs are met.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
* Experience or knowledge of care home settings is advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans is beneficial.
