Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and bilingual (English/Ukrainian) Senior Manager, Content & Publishing to lead DTEK’s global content agenda. This role is central to strengthening DTEK’s reputation as a forward-thinking European energy leader and telling the story of a company working to keep the lights on in a country at war.
You will shape and manage our digital presence including websites, social media, and key corporate publications and drive the creation of high-impact content, such as the Annual Report, that resonates with diverse stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
* Content strategy:
Develop and implement an integrated content strategy aligned with DTEK’s brand, corporate priorities, and communication objectives.
* Digital presence:
Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DTEK’s website ecosystem, ensuring an excellent user experience and strong SEO performance.
* Social media leadership:
Design and execute a robust social media strategy to elevate brand visibility and engagement across global platforms.
* Corporate publications:
Lead the end-to-end production of major corporate publications, including the Annual Report, compliance reports, and sustainability reports.
* Content creation:
Create compelling written and visual content videos, graphics, webinars, whitepapers in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Analytics & performance:
Define and monitor key content metrics, using insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
* Team & stakeholder collaboration:
Manage the Ukraine-based content and digital team and coordinate work across agencies to ensure consistent, aligned messaging.
* Events & conferences:
Support key international events and forums, delivering high-impact digital and print content that strengthens DTEK’s positioning.
* Cross-functional integration:
Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Ukrainian Communications teams to drive unified communications, including managing the integrated communications calendar.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience developing and implementing holistic content strategies.
* Strong project and publication management skills across digital and print.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience leading the full cycle of Annual Report development, including understanding regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in CMS platforms, analytics tools, and performance measurement.
* Ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams and manage external partners effectively.
Qualifications
* Experience: At least 8 years in content strategy, corporate communications, or digital publishing ideally within energy, infrastructure, or other complex industries.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally, including occasional visits to Ukraine (with full security protocols).
